There are two different puzzles which have been called sudokube. One of them is a Rubik's Cube type puzzle. The one which has appeared in Mystery Hunt is a sudoku puzzle played on a cube net with 4x4 cells on each face, in which the rings around the cube, each containing 4 cells on each of 4 faces, replace the usual rows and columns of the sudoku puzzle.
