7.51896 — Rhodography Solution

The pieces assemble to form this image:

Comic strip frame: "No, You may not have a _____!"
Rhodography isn't a real subject, but rhodology is the study of roses, and the French word rhodographie means a treatise on roses. The "rose" root of this word was meant to hint that the frame is from the comic strip Rose is Rose, and it was from the May 18, 1996 edition of that comic strip, which the puzzle number 51896 was meant to clue (the 7 represents MIT course 7, Biology, which of course is where the study of roses would fall). However, it was too difficult for solvers to find this during the Hunt, and the answer was released, the words that were removed from the comic strip frame: NUCLEAR REACTOR.
