It's clear this is a runaround, but I can't make much sense of
the path. It's the kind of runaround where you are looking for
signs to extract letters from which may no longer be there. For
that matter, the landmarks of the path may also be gone.
There is also something about games with a girl whose name is the
Japanese word for "cherry blossom" which is Sakura. But since
Sakura is one of the most popular Japanese girls' names in this
sort of media, I don't know who it's referring to. I assume the
girl is the one referenced in first person in the first part of
the puzzle, who among other things is after a man in a black cape.
